Instead of execution why don't we do wahat I suggested in an earlier postLock them up for 23 yhrs a day no tv no radio no music no reading no communiation except with the CO's and only 1 hr for recreation. Inmates call that a slow death. Then keep them alive in that condition.

The punishment should fit the crime, but I think the Death Penalty should be given a express lane.

I support the Death Penalty, and I do live in Texas. There is NEVER a reason to allow a child molester, child rapist,violent criminal or murderer go free. I do think there needs to be indisputable proof, but if there is, fry their a$$.......
The only reason it costs so much money in these cases is these criminals sit in jail far too long before their punishment is meted out. They shouldn't be allowed to sit there for 10 years. If the punishment was swift and sure, yes, it WOULD be a deterrent.
