Topic: Revenge | |

Maybe we don't have all the facts. What if.. what if, once you opened the front door (of the old mansion) there was artificial green turf on all the floors. Bleachers, for seating. The Golf Channel on every big-screen TV. The cat's peeing in the sand trap. Might not all be revenge. Conspicuous consumption is a greedy mistress. Or...Maybe it was furnished with cheap drapes, stained casting couch and furniture, poor lighting system, stranger yet sound tracks on a junk stereo system and a voice yelling action every time a room was entered followed by constant moaning and grunting sound effects. |

Wanted to thank you all for the posts. Sorry, i get de-railed.
Anyway Jean, i agree, but it just seems foolish to me. Is it really a matter of revenge, or is it grandstanding? And here I am a red neck trailer trash that would love a chance to live like that.........
I suppose that makes two of us, lol. Hummm well she would still be left with around 76 million....More then any human should be able to spend in a life time...
Guess it all depends on where the house was? For they did have a house that was on a island....Island's are not that easy to come by... But think I would have had the house re-vamped to my liking before I would bulldoze it to the ground and start over... It goes to show ya some people have way too much money and no concept of what they have.... Absolutely, and little regard for the environment. Basically, this is what really gets at me. Some celebrities go out of their way to at least give to charities.. not this one.. she just wants to rub his nose in it, my point being, i'm sure he's not really worried about it. It is her money, but this is just foolish to the tenth degree, in my humble estimation. |

Its foolish and selfish and stupid. It won't do much for her public image that's for sure. Her role as the poor victim of a cheating husband will go out the window eventually. Tiger will go on making millions. Now he is free of that blood sucking vampire.
A little harsh? |

He didn't marry her for her brains. |

Was Tiger wrong to sleep around? of course.. but her actions are simply ridiculous. |

All these sports cats make waaaay too much to even have such a debate. No one in life should take more than what they need. I get so annoyed hearing about these overpaid "icons" it makes me too bitter to conjure a response.

If they didn't make it, the corporations and television networks that use them and their fame would be making all the money. Better the individual get their piece of the pie. The corporations are making even more. |

The corporations are making even more. I do definitely agree with this - I'd rather see the players get the money than the "industry" but I really think the industry itself is questionable as long as people continue to support it financially though it will exist as is |

They always ruin the good men of this country. Always. |

Who drove the bulldozer? If she did, the $24000000 out the window was worth every penny. Money-go-bye.
Even if she just watched the bulldozer team from her high chair, and eating peanut butter on crackers, maybe ok. But if she was working at a studio at a time, or if she visited the high temple in Jerusalem during the demolish, then she did not get her money's worth. Going along Soufie's choice, it is possible that Tiger had a very strong smell of semen. Tigers are cats, too, you know. This was the quickest and most cost-effective way of fumigating the complex, and getting rid of the smell. Maybe the neighbours pressured her to do this, or there was a city ordinance, that had been held back in reverence to Tiger's standing in the community. But now the Tiger gone, she had no standing any longer, and so did not the house, either. |

As a former Personal Assistant to the rich, famous and powerful, let me explain this:
THEY ARE DUMB AZZES. Okay that's really all there is to it. LOL. Seriously. Money means nothing to them. Like I dated a guy who threw his wedding ring into the bottom of the bay in BC after his divorce, rich people plow down whole houses after a divorce. It happens. One time, I sent my boss who shall remain nameless but who was a billionaire to buy his own dog food. They had changed the picture of the dog on the bag of Pedigree. He drove two hours home from Petsmart and sent ME because he was confused. DUMB AZZ. |

Wow, stupidity knows no bounds..
How can you get revenge by knocking your own home down, it was hers as well, what about their children. Hopefully they at least have some maturity as it sounds like someone needs a little. |

Let's not forget that land is also included in the value of a home...and...location, location, location. This may have been her way of getting rid of bad memories. I think that's a good point! There may have been a little revenge - on the other hand she;s gotta know that Tiger prolly don't care... so she was most likely doing for herself - for both emotional and investment purposes the media likes to make everything into a soap opera |

I don't have the energy for revenge. Besides, I believe what goes around comes around and that's enough for me.

Besides, I believe what goes around comes around and that's enough for me. true - eventually we benefit from the love we've shown - one would think but what about the love she was prepared to give as the wife - to a man who was unfaithful...and not in a small way |
