Topic: If you could be perfect...

Now, a person who does not know what they are, what their purpose in life is, nor were they capable of knowing or of doing that work; Would they be a fit companion? Fit for what? All they could do is pull one off life's true path, destroy one's work, waste not only their own life, but the lives of all they touch. The importance of the question, cannot be overestimated, the answer is simply a life long path of seeking the light, and trying our best to walk in it. It is a metaphor for life itself.

I am perfect...for being as screwed up as I am. I can wake up when I don't want to and go lead my men at work. I can give my lover real support and let her know she is loved, all damned day. I ain't gonna hide behind obscure philosophies.... I believe in standing the hell up and just being the best man I can be without looking for crutches or excuses. Perfect is unattainable...being better than you were yesterday...is very attainable. If today, I ain't so good...I will only be a failure if I don't try harder tommorrow. John...just my perspective...............metapors only encompass your life if that is what you chose.

I still believe that facts are fundamentally different from platitudes, no matter how self-derogatory or flattering they may be. The only thing I have ever had to offer a love, is an environment conducive to self-realization.

I disagree my good man. Love is the ultimate thing we can give of ourselves. But there is so much more to being a good lover...giving the tiny things that mean nothing but the value that you give them. A soft word. Th warm embrace in silence, The feeling of being accepted no matter how jacked up a person may be. It would be nice if one act could encompass what we are....but, it ain't that simple brother. I may be misintrepetting things when I say that your perspective sounds ......final. To me, it just seems like alot of you cats and dolls don't allow any time to just be "Fun".

Once again, The eyes do not see themselves. The digestive system does not feed itself. The respiratory system does not breathe itself. etc., It is not possible to love the self. No greater love has a man, than he lay down his life for another. Now I can say it like above, or you can say it as relation to self is inadmissible, or you can say it as A = A.

I had me one of those digestive system problems one time. I ate a bad burrito. It was perfectly timed when I reached the McDonalds resteraunt. That is my brush with perfection....

perfection is a myth in which I do not buy into. Besides.....it would be boring to be ....perfect. I would choose to be exactly who I am..... the good, bad and the ugly! with all my warts and flaws....... For I am never better...... Than when I am who........ I am!!!!
