Ok, I made this WONDERFUL pork dish.
in a foil packet I placed a seared country rib, seasoned with pepper, celery salt some garlic powder,some chopped onions put about 1 cup sauer kraut and some pear sauce with habanero in it. Placed some bacon crumbles I had left over, baked it for about an hour 350...oh..it was fall apart and tasty.mmmm |

it goes with the weather we're having....but let me tell you...I'm sitting here in my jambes and big housecoat...I don't look at the pic....I'd start shivering!!
