Im sincerely Sorry Jr, but ur post is so far removed from reality it beggars belief . . Bless u and ur Family . i gave specific industries where america's capitalistic system is leading not only germany but every other country on the planet. how about you, any specifics or just an arbitrary, overly broad comment? |

not to answer for conrad but he did suggest that the "real capatilist country" doesn't exist. yes, we enjoy or ss checks as well as social progrms like medicare and welfare. any great country will realize that some will fall through the cracks of any system and the country owes it to those folks to help out. trouble is, many in america and especially those in more socialized countries begin to feel entitled and lose a sense of personal responsibility.

We can pass tarrifs and taxes on imports to make the costs of production the same, that sir would be an even playing field. Unfortunatly that will never happen as long as US companies are free to exploit the poor masses of the world then ship it back to the US at a price slightly lower than domestic production. Im thinking your far removed from a work environment and havent a clue what people go through today trying to provide for their families and keep gas in the car. |
