Critique unlike criticism wont closeup the heart either. Critique is a form used to place judgement on something positive or negative, Criticism is used to only point out the negative in something...by using the word "as" rude you infer that they both carry the same meaning. |

Yes he did.. yeah, he is a great artist, he did all the art on my profile pretty much...but i take credit for some of the design work...  By that i mean, i give him ideas and tell him how i like it and he designs it for me..

No something can come off "as whatever" without it being a comparative. What do you mean, "as whatever"....if someone sees a piece of your art and does not understand that piece their opinion/critique for that project is a shrug of the shoulders and a whatever; Meaning its neither good nor bad, its misunderstood. (?)

I usually find the witty ones are pretty funny, easy going---thats a toss up..one the one hand--they throw out a comeback and continue on, on the other hand-they probably were irritated by the initiator which caused a comeback in the first place...so easy going may not be the case. I suppose mustard on your lip is better than brown on your nose right?

I think there is a difference between a smartmouth (generally intelligently funny) and a cruel mouth and sometimes it is really easy to cross the line and not come back.
Since men generally don't like being impailed verbally, even if they laugh when it happens to others, they will give wide berth to anyone who clearly enjoys jousting. |
