I have about six blankets for the bed. Has anyone every been under so many blankets that you couldn't hardly move? Yeap at my Grandma's in MI in the winter the Farm house didn't have heat up stairs.

I have been using my "heated mattress pad" for a month or more. My old worn out joints, REALLY don't like the cold. Mattress pad is a GOD send, I walk so good in the morn. I used to have one and it IS a God send.

Evening everybody... Down to 30 tonight here also and snow tomorrow...brrrrrrrrr Don, good to see you here tonight and you're right about the heated mattress covers.. My husband love those because his feet were always cold.. Although we've had mild days so far, some of the nights have been cold and very frosty...a little heat in the living/dining/kitchen areas, no heat in the bedroom.. I prefer it cooler with more covers... A hot body to snuggle with would help too but I don't see that in the picture right now...lol

Don't see yah much in the evenings Off Tuesdays and Wednesdays except when I get a call to go in. I have had to try to balance the I need money versus I need a life, too.
