(after 31 months, thats approximately 682 work days for the rest of us, at a rate of one vacation day earned per two work weeks, or, a little over three weeks per year, if you have to combine sick days and pt days which a President doesnt get, thats about standard at a 'decent' or 'professional' job or any job where one is the owner or ceo)

compared to Bushs 180 and Reagans 112

but I guess if you are staying at your 'ranch' people can believe and understand that you may still be getting work done

and if you go ANYPLACE ELSE ON EARTH, you cant possibly be,,,,

lol.. so after 8 years in office, obama is on pace to have over 420 days of vacations, compared to bush's 180 and reagans 112.... thanks for pointing that out...

I was comparing numbers at the SAME POINT in their presidencies,,,

i musta missed that part....and, yea, that sounds about right, they were both hard workers and dedicated to our country... unlike our currant embarrassment...

so I guess vacation days then becomes irrelevant to whether or not someone has time to focus on the country,,,lol, and irrelevant to a discussion about OBama or how hard HE works,,,,,

Well at least he makes sure the beaches, golf courses and luxury resorts he goes to are secured from terrorists.........

it is relevant...if he is more worried about his golf game, or his basketball skills than about the economy or the wars we are in right now... how could it not be relevant?

well, i just saw some numbers, with not much of any explanation... maybe a source? and bush's ranch in texas was a fully functioning office, just like the white house... not on a golf course, not at the beach, not playing king in spain,... i think you get my drift...

have you heard of technology? anyplace can be a fully functioning office as long as there are telephones and computer access(conference calling, conference video, etc,,)


bush's ranch also had PLENTY of open space, and horses, and other activities BESIDES the office (similar to activities the current president enjoys like golfing or swimming)
