so hypothetically speaking if say someone raped and then killed your daughter you would celebrate the day they put a needle in his arm? didn't i say i don't understand the celebration over death? |

One night along time ago I was watching the Carson show. It was getting up towards one o’clock and all the guest were setting in the chares talking. The subject turned to crime and one of the guest stud up and said: “The only thing that well denture crime is the satiny of punishment”. I believe it’s true today just like I believed it was true back when F. Lee Bailey said it.
Unfortunately I don’t believe we can trust the Justus system to only deliver guilty people to the death house. |

More indication of how Tea Partiers think.
"At CNN’s tea party debate last night, Wolf Blitzer asked elderly crank Ron Paul what ought to be done for an uninsured thirty year old who becomes gravely ill. Paul said freedom was all about taking risks, which brought applause from the GOP audience, because they love freedom, but apparently aren’t too keen on sick poor people. “Are you saying society should just let him die?” Blitzer asked. Tea partiers screamed “Yeah!” and cheered before Paul could answer again:" http://blog.chron.com/partisangridlock/2011/09/tea-party-audience-uninsured-sick-people-should-die/ |

Not to be unfeeling or anything and not saying people shouldn't have healthcare......that said
There is a natural order to things......the earth has a natural order to control populations of species in the sea some sea animals eat plakton and filter feeders to control the levels in the ocean to allow life and still other eat other species within those water to control population growth and to keep them from eating too much....its the same with land animals some eat plant matter and some are carnivores in oeder to control mass populations both sea and land get disease to kill off a certain number of species....diseases are also living matter....by interfering in that order you create an imbalance to the natural order....creating mass chaos......but yes it is the destiny that people die from disease the plague was defeated.....cancer has been around as long as species has and after the plague came aids.....we have west nile virus......again disease will come we won't defeat it......it won't happen the more we cure the worse and harder they because nature wishes it to be that way..... |

Just highlighting why you seem to approve of society allowing nature to have its way with disease and pestilence while standing by and doing nothing. That is your position, isn't it? Or, was this just a Biology lesson? How does it apply to the issue at hand? That we shouldn't be creating "chaos" by disrupting the natural course of disease by offering health assistance to people? By just letting them die? That's what got the cheers. It's a point of view. It's good for us to know who stands where on issues like this.

If we interfere with the natural course of things then their won't be a place for our future generations and yes I do believe that.....I know it seems callous but for the future of animals including human beins necessary....

I think the issue with that logic is defining disease as 'natural'.
IT is 'natural' for people to get hit by cars when so many are on the road, but I dont think that is evident that NATURE intends it to happen. Much disease and illness is not from NATURE at all but from what MAN does to itself and its environment. So if its NATURAL for man to cause the environment or symptoms which lead to illness and chaos, its just as NATURAL for man to fix it. Leaving no real danger of an 'imbalance' at all. |

Make sure to tell your doc that when you have an infection next time so the natural course of the bacteria can take it's course in your body. Or better yet we wouldn't want you to have to have kemo to stop the natural course of that in your body either.... |

For the state to kill one innocent man or woman on the name of justice is ultimate injustice. Therefore since we cannot read minds and know for sure that we have a guilty person, killing them is not an option. Plus why would we want to be that barbaric anyway. I would think we would be smarter than that. |

To be fair, chemo is a nightmare, and alternative therapies work for many people-and should be sought before chemo. |

Whatever treatment they want should be available to them and because WE ALL KNOW IT COULD AND MIGHT BE US ONE DAY IN THEIR BOAT we should want to make sure it is available to ALL. |

I only read the part I quoted so if you agree that all should be covered then I will willingly apologize for being short with you. You are very fortunate to not have to go to doc. Not everyone is that fortunate. I don't like going to the doc but because I have a disease that needs to be monitored and acted on quickly when it acts up, I do not have that luxury. The docs have the treatment that is needed when that happens, it is not available naturally or I would be using it. I do everything that is available for me to do naturally and on my own to make my body the best it can be. I am well off considering some with MS. I do not see myself or them as expendable as these people at this event did. My life is worth as much as theirs. |

I am sorry u are not well but I would not opt to see a doctor anymore for a life threatening illness......I would never take chemo.......it is my choice as much as I am sure they would try a poison me with their legal unnatural drug options.........It is as much my right to opt to not have health care as much as it is someone elses right to opt for it..... |

Okay and?? Diseases feed off hosts passing from one host to another making them a viable living entity?? Just trying to understand ur point here Hey you do have a point. In 1700 the population of the world was 610 million. A little over 300 years later it is over 6 billion. 10 times more in 300 years. So whats next? 60 billion in 2300? Maybe more with medical advances and people living longer etc. The continuing rise in population will eventually lead to a global war for resources unless we devise a way to build some kind of space colonies and make almost limitless resources. Then again we will all be dead before then... well probably. |

The earth can only sustain a limited amount of life. |
