I did and it really helped. I had a good night at work. I woke up late but got there one minute to 10:30 which made me on time.

I needed it and the meeting I had in Flippin, tonight. Vikki concluded that she wasn't going to see Mom on Thanksgiving but would have it here. But she did say that she would try to see Mom on her birthday three days later. I can't help but think when Mom told me when I came to see her when I left Teresa at the Carnival in Mississippi with her relatives. Mom said then, "You made your bed now you lie in it." See Mom was the one who taught me how to make my bed. It wasn't dad and even though the military taught me how to make their way like dad showed me I still contribute it to Mom how I first learned how to make my bed. As the old adage goes, "You go to sleep with dogs you can wake up with fleas." I found that to be true. My first dog was Lady, she was a large Poodle in Germany. I had so many dogs in my life. My last dog is named Lady. But the moral of the story is that they all had fleas. Mom told it was the same distance for her to come see me as it was me to come see her. Dad was a whiz in math and so was my stepfather but sometimes I like to look at things from my mother's math.

That was what I was thinking. I will get my check tomorrow at 2pm. The the next day 1pm they will have dinner at Rosie's house near Bear Creek springs. I might check in with Dora to make sure I got directions right.

I will try. I went over to see Dora and she said that they will leave about noon from here on Thanksgiving and that I could follow them. Its been a while since I have been there. Dora said to take the Springfield exit on the new road out of Harrison on 65. The other road goes to Alpena.

I sure will. My insurance on the vehicles is up to date. I will make sure to take my driver's license. I just put some gas in the truck. After I got my check I picked up Super Woman on the road. She was hoofing it from the Nursing Home to get her check cashed. I saw her girlfriend waiting for her one night when she was staying over to help me. I call her Super Woman because they have her like me doing the floor by one's self. I cash my check and find she had to cash her's at another bank. Then we run down to the Parts Store and she goes in to get a starter for her Jeep. She walks out and we go back to her bank because she had deposited too much. then we come back to the Parts Store and she gets her starter plus some tools since she didn't have any tools. Then go to White Oak and she gets a pop. Then hurry back to the Nursing Home because she works second shift and we had a half hour to spare. Drop her off and then its my time to run alone. Go to Flippin Walmart and chat with my buddy, Jim for a long time meeting people we both know from the meetings. Get me some more speakers for the truck. It really goes boom, boom, boom now. Pay 220 dollars on the van. Ouch. I just owe 189 dollars now to get it out of the shop. But it is supposed to be working good now with the new distributor, cap and the normal tuneup. Then run back to Harp's since it is open up again after it was closed down for the gas leak. Everything is all rearranged mostly so finding stuff takes time. Had a lot of fun but it feels good to sit back and relax.

Kathy got the turkey done at 10 this morning. I called Vikki and let her know. I met Vikki turning back to Yellville. Dora didn't go to Mom's. I went and just got back. Paid Mom the rent money in person. Got real stuffed. Scott didn't show either. Brian and the rest of the daughters did. The grand-kids had grown so much. Some grand-kids had kids.

I am glad you did, hun. It was good for me to touch base. Wow. How they all have grown. I was glad mom was there to identify some of them for me.
