I can't stand the same recipes/ways to make food I have to experience day after day, it becomes so tedious day after day... i hope u get the point(day after day). give me something that i have never seen, something that your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa taught you!! I want to learn from the best, the person that gave sustenance fifty, eighty years ago.pitchfork

I did not go to school to learn basics of cooking. I studied on my own, watching my mother, my grandmother, feeding my family and their friends.

You have emphasized, day after day, making it feel as though what you do is a tedious and horrible experience.

When you cook and serve to those you feed, do you not look into their eyes, hear the moan and sigh when they indulge in the first bite? Those are things you cannot get from a recipe, those delights are what you must feel yourself. That is the birth and growth of passion that must come from a very deep place within you. With that, even a simple broth is ambrosia.
