Doesn't matter if there are other methods of having sex, sex is sacred between a married WOMAN and MAN. What purpose does homosexual sex present? What does one gain from homosexuality? none of those verses mention anything about being a 'blind' follower, nor do they say that not following anyone will lead to fire MsHarmony ...Jesus said to "OBEY" his teachings and those that do not will be tossed in the fire ....that verse sure implies "blindly" and leading to fire you have a habit of running to the dictionary instead of the bible...run there and look up the word "obey" no, jesus did not say that, Funches interpreted/paraprased what JEsus said INTO That,,,, obey: to follow the commands or guidance of 2: to conform to or comply wit ...nothing about being 'blind', nothing that excludes reasoning or logic in the choice to follow or conform or comply,,, MsHarmony...if you as a follower are questioning about following God blindly...is that an indication that you yourself personally wouldn't befor you answer that question allow me to place your Free Will under "duress" by reminding you of the story of Adam and Eve so MsHarmony.... 1)would you follow God blindly 2)should we change the title of the biblical story from Adam and Eve to Adam and MsHarmony no blind: having no regard to rational discrimination, guidance, or restriction IT wouldnt be blind if I consider the guidance rational, which I do and would,,,, which is the same rational that Adam and Eve used....MsHarmony..it appears that you too would have had the human race fall from Grace ... so let's change the story from Adam and Eve to Adam and MsHarmonty and think about it... Adam and Eve didn't have the Bible or The Internet or any hindsight to make a decision from ...you do and still wouldn't follow God blindly....which points to a lack of faith no , Blind faith is still a pointless human term faith can and does involve logic and choice as much as any other decision does I would have trusted in God, thinking logically, before trusting some animal slithering in the ground who had created NOTHING and provided me NOTHING so far,, Id have trusted in Gods words and instructions to avoid death |

but it was not the ONLY purpose of SEX Between a (married) couple, it was also an expression of each belonging to the other(reproduction or not)' perfect example of a 'penile' slip... By an entire Generation,. Be fruitful as in genesis applies to a plethora of concepts and mankind sees only sex... A community built is a form of 'fruitfull'. A producing farm is a form of 'fruitfull'. an advancing civilization is a form of ''fruitfull'... and yet most see only the least portion of the cornucopia that is present in the word of god. What do YOU think god meant by this? Very good reasoning, being fruitful isn't secluded to sexual things. He said be fruitful and fill the Earth. The being fruitful is separated from filling the Earth. Two different instructions. So therefore as your post is accurate. We are to be fruitful in what we do and not to do things that could bring any harm, that would not be fruitful, we are to do good, which is fruitful, brings joy to families and helps them out if the specific occasion of being fruitful was helping a family out. If being fruitful pertained solely to procreation, why would it the procreation statement have to be made twice in one sentence? And or why would it be? God said to be fruitful AND multiply in the Earth. Two separate instructions. It is the blessing. |
