Pardon Me If I Giggle A tilt of her head she pointed her toes raised her arms twirled then bowed. Elegant Demure Graceful? Perhaps, though I never knew her that way. A spit of a lass? Nay! Ample she was. A wink and a laugh...my Mom. Apron covering her frock Arms capable to hold skillets and pots she cooked with or cradle a wee one close to her. Eyes twinkling of life. I grew with her love. Was taught unconditional, endurance and how to embrace change. My Dad? Well, they loved each other for more than sixty-one years. So, when I read about expectations for a well taken care of life...pardon me for giggling. All has been said, done, felt and thought of by now. There is nothing new under the sun... Rosey glasses in Denial Frames ain’t gonna change what is right in front of you. Truth is, it’s the heart that stays close. A soul language that defines deep inner beauty and worth.
