I guess it depends on the situation. If I am being flirted on while he is with me-it's bad. If it's innocent internet flirting online I would generally not have a problem with it...but if I see he was flirting online and didn't bother to email or get ahold of me-it would bug me.

If I am actually interested in someone I generally email them. Then they ignore me and I move on.

Flirting is something that is best left as something you do when you are single, when you are dating and in a relationship then the only one that you should flirt with is your partner. But you should also find out what your partner considers flirting, some people think if you are talking to the opposite sex it is flirting...lol.
