honestly what is it that makes you miss someone.
Is it some chemical imbalance.
some sort of insanity.
or what

Emotions can be quiet frustrating at times, so where do they come from,
anyone have any ideas here. I figure there has to be some reason that you feel yuck so what is it.

Yeh but how...Why do you feel something for one person and not another, surely there is a reason.

when something is familiar good or bad its absence fells abnormal or wrong so you miss it...

especially if its primarily associated with a sense of comfort or security, even happiness

hmmm so if thats the case, if you are an insecure person you would feel it more, as you would use the person as a safety switch. Where if you are independent it would be easier as you rely on yourself more.

It's natural to miss one person more than someone else. To me it doesn't have to do with being secure or insecure. When I miss someone it's because that person is apart of my life somehow and I enjoy my conversations with that person.

I am missing the gene that makes me miss someone, as long as I am fairly secure Im going to see them again,

Bummer, I thought I ws missing it to, until lately.

If they can get me to open my heart, I'll miss them. I think I'm getting soft though, so it may not be so hard to open anymore. The chemcial imbalance and insanity, I try to keep to myself until I'm sure they can handle it.

Now only if other guys would express themselves so freely as you just did. I know of a few that I'm missing but only in the sense of communication wise. To ask how they are and see what's new in their life. As far as what you wrote, it's been a long time since I was that close to someone and I'm just not sure if I could allow myself to get that close again.
