bla bla bla good luck finding the specific requirements that he isnt fulfilling personally,,, You wouldn't have to look very far. The Executive Branch has the duty in the constitution to execute the laws of the United States and the president is the chief executive officer. He took an oath to uphold the laws of the United States in order to become president. execute the laws? what does that mean SPECIFICALLY though? does that mean everytime a police officer overlooks a prostitute,, the PRESIDENT is responsible? does that mean everytime someone is robbed, the president is responsible? what SPECIFICALLY is required to meet the standard of 'executing' laws? |

The main legislation governing immigration is the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, (INA). The act hads been amended numerous times, the most significant of which was the establishment of a new quota system in 1965. For INA purposes, an "alien" is any person who is not a citizen or a national of the United States. There are different categories of aliens: resident and nonresident, immigrant and nonimmigrant, documented and undocumented ("illegal" ). http://definitions.uslegal.com/i/immigration/ I guess techinically, they would be of the class of illegal(undocumented) immigrant aliens they do not qualify as immigrants unless they are in the process of immigration - and they aren't if they are undocumented illegally. they are non-immigrants because their lack of documents is unacceptable. they cannot be coming to live here permanently without application. what of those who HAVE the application and arent yet approved? or those who WERE approved but overstayed the documented timelines? |

WE DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR ILLEGALS PERIOD. |

No, those of us in Arizona are trying correct this problem by making this state as hostile towards people criminally entering the country so they don't want to come here. Do it the right way or get hassled! the right way is not to put more responsibility upon pollice which DIMINISHES their attention to present and dangerous crimes in their community that they are expected to be PROTECTING the citizens from let the feds do their job, the answer isnt adding to the already authoritarian state of the police First off the feds ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB that is why states are doing it for them. Passing a new state law will not diminish anything, it adds a new tool to combat criminals. |
