PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

1 yellow cake mix
1 small box vanilla pudding mix
1 envelope of Dream Whip
4 eggs
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of peanut oil
1 cup of creamy peanut butter

Combine cake mix, pudding, Dream Whip, eggs, water, oil and peanut butter in large bowl. With an electric mixture combine mixture on low speed. Then beat at high speed for 4 to 5 minutes.

Pour into a well greased and floured 10 inch spring form pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

FROSTING:
1/2 cup of white fine sugar
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of creamery peanut butter
1/4 stick of sweet un-salted butter
2 tsp. of vanilla

Place all in skillet. Then cook until well blended and sugar is melted. Don't cook too long. Remove from heat and beat 4 cups powdered sugar into pan. Frost cake while the frosting is still warm.

CARAMEL PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

1 box chocolate cake mix
32 oz. pkg. of caramels
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of chocolate cake icing
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 cup of mini marshmallows
8 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch cake pan

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Mix cake mix. Pour in half of mix in lightly greased and floured pan. Cook 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

In saucepan, melt caramels, Eagle Brand milk, marshmallows, and peanut butter until all caramels, and marshmallows are melted.

Take cake out of oven. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Spread out. Pour rest of remaining cake batter on top.

Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool and ice the cake with the chocolate icing. .

I like the peanut butter cake recipe, and the one with the caramel, I am going to try both out, anything with peanut butter is good.

Could you post the oatmeal raisin cookie recipe, I was trying to find it on here and thought that I had copied it, I want to try that recipe, I have tons of oatmeal that I want to use up.

I do have other recipes with oatmeal and raisins. That is one of my favorite recipe.

OATMEAL CAKE

1 cup of quick cooking oats
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of grounded ginger
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 1/4 cups boiling apple juice
1 cup of fine white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts

Add oats to boiling apple juice, and allow standing for 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 55 minutes.
Serve with sliced, steamed bananas in honey or maple syrup and whipped topping.

ROLL OAT GINGER COOKIES


1 Cup of molasses
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of white corn syrup
1 cup of shortening
1 cup of hot water
2 tsp. of soda
1/2 cup of roll oats
2 tsp. of cinnamon
3 tsp. of ginger
1 tsp. of cloves
1 tsp. of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. of pepper
1 tsp of sea Salt
9 cups of sifted flour

Combine the 13 ingredients together; add the sifted flour slowly, until well mixed.

Chill and roll out to cut. Use cookie cutters or remove both ends of a tuna can wash well. Use the tuna can to cut cookies

Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes, or until cookies puff.

Take out of oven while still puffed up. Frost while hot.

FROSTING:

2 cups of powdered sugar
½ cup of un-salted butter
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp of Vanilla

COOKIE MONSTER Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup of solid butter vegetable shortening
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
2 egg beaten
2 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
3 cups of rolled oats
3 cups of chocolate chips
1 ½ cups of chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Cream shortening and both sugars.

Beat in eggs till light and fluffy, add water and vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt, add to creamed mixture. Add oats, chips and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 to 15 min or until golden and tops are dry.
Let sit on baking sheet for 3 minutes, and then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES


2 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of butter
1 cup of peanut butter
2 egg
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients.

Roll into balls, roll balls in sugar.

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Top with chocolate Kiss immediately upon removal from oven.
