Yuck fermented fish and 100 year old eggs, yuck, how long have you known how to cook.

I would not say how long I have been known to cook. I like to hang in the kitchen with my great grandmother. Then my grandmothers. I had to cook and prepare dinners for my brothers. I guess from the early years that I have been preparing meals. I did attend and finish culinary school in 1986. With a rating of a four star chef. But I have never worked as one.

I have made beans today for a family that really can not have a place to cook their own meals. So we had spicy 16 beans with oxtails. It was a fun day.
