I'm sending some right now though cyber space. It is elk jerky that I prepared and dried. This pie is from my very favorite bakery. They treat me right. I love these people. I have worked in their kitchen when they needed someone to help. They make such wonderful pastries. Their breads are to die for.

Half is good, it sure is delicious, especially the jerky, actually its all good, I am going to pour a second glass of wine to have with it, yummy!!!!

We made some so very good tasting Blackberry wine. It may not go to good with the banana cream pie, it would on the other hand go very well with the jerky. It does not have a strong favor, a very mellow hint of alcohol. |

That sounds good, I am just having a very mild red wine, it went well with the ham earlier, hmmm wine dosen't go good with pie, but the pie is soooo good.

There are wines that go very good with desserts, the white zin is one that goes pretty well with many desserts. Some reds go good with chocolate desserts. I like many types of wine. My friend has a large wine cellar. That is his thing he does.
There is only so many more of post to flip this thread. I will have too have a piece of pie in the morning. |

We brew some dark beers, some ales, some wheat beers, and we brew a very hoppy brewed beer with bitter number around 65.
|

the number 65 means the bitter units for taste. ABU is American bitter units. A hop beer is more bitter tasting.
