Do you tend to think that more people are hitting on you when you're "desperate" or looking, or when you're "occupied"? It has always been either feast or famine. When I'm with someone, there are always others who want me; when I'm not, I can't find anyone even remotely interested (or interesting). How do YOU know when someone is hitting on you in a subtle way, or just being friendly? Does looking or not looking make a difference on the way you pick things up? I'm pretty much oblivious to the whole thing -- I have no idea when someone is expressing interest. If not for people asking, "Hey, did you notice the way she was hitting on you?" I'd never know it even happened. Totally. I'm not going to get it unless they rent a billboard or something. |

It's my leg silly...left thigh OP..woudn't be able to answer your question as I can't seem to stay single long enough to collect ample data about being hit on while not attached! lol-always seems to me though that you never find what you are looking for when you are actually looking for it! |

Perhaps when some people have a different glow about them when in a relationship, one that attracts other people and those people don't know they're in a relationship until they ask/try... Whatever the reason it happens it doesn't mean that the person in the relationship is looking, trying or jumping to anyone else that shows them attention... |

thanks, I've spent the better part of the last decade boxing them - so a hit means something entirely different to me -apart from the dudes I work with (and NO that is like kissing ur brother) the only guys I ever see are in the gym - usually wearing headphones and looking skeptical about a 50 yr old female weight lifter
