I usually wait to see if there is a mutal interest first ...then stike up a friendly converstation and see where that leads.....most often it is all in the eyes...

both life's to short to 'wait' for anything or anybody... like ur post but more often I expect to be hit on, or if I do say something first I expect a guy to pick & run w/ it from that point pretty quickly otherwise I just assume he is not interested
