I see you didn't get the memo, its now called climate change (which I feel you have to have your head in the sand to not see but whatever.)

Was 7 below zero here last night with out wind chill. All week long it was averaging 10-20 degrees even in the day time.Living in Colorado I wish global warming was a reality.Nothing like getting up at 5am to go to a car that has just as much frost on the inside of the windows as it does on the outside.Global warming can park its big fat butt right on my state and sit there permanently.I welcome 80 degree winters with open arms.

This is how Global Warming works, (simplified). The ocean near the equator gets warmer.

The warm moist air from the warm ocean rises, but it has to go somewhere so it goes either North or South. More warm moist air rises to replace it.

Eventually, the air traveling North and South reached the North and South pole regions where it gets very cold and dense and falls down pushing the air in front of it back towards the Equator. It is very cold.

The more hot air that rises from the warm ocean, the more cold air is pushed back towards the equator at the end of the cycle.

Some of that cold air is over you now.

On Average, over time, the Earth gets warmer during Global warming.

I live in Alabama and we got 4 inches of snow this past Sunday.. and I now have 4 inches of pure ice instead. This is an anomoly for Alabama! I'm ready for it to melt and go away... If I wanted this crap I'd move north!

I find it interesting that when it gets cold they say 'that is just rebound of the system'.

When it gets hot they say 'see Global Warming is here'.

NO question our climate is changing.

Question is which way it is changing...

If they get that wrong we is all in trouble.

and they have not a clue... Chasing this or that 'theroy' based on how much it will bring into the gold bin.

That is exactly what the "mis-information" sites are preaching.

Which mis-information sites...

The ones that mis inform about temps...

The ones that mis inform about accuracy of past measurements...

The ones that is inform by stating that temps were such and such 200 million years ago...

the ones that say the other scientists are wrong...

or the ones that say the other other scientists are wrong.

What about the scientists that say there was a little ice age between the 16th and 19th century. Since one of the end dates is around 1850 and that is where our global temperature readings start it would be safe to assume that the climate would start warming.

Here is a link of a study that suggests we are no warmer than about 1000 years ago and again about 2000 years ago. But why would we listen to Stockholm University's Department of History .

Wow, I pity y'all. I wish I could share some of my temperate Arizona sunshine with y'all. shades It got up to about 70 degrees F today. I rather miss occasional snow that I saw living in the midwest, though.
