Divorce should be eliminated. Marriage licenses should have expiration dates...either you renew or you don't! Hey, people change.. what do you think?

I am picturing a long line to renew, like the DMV. Now, if Candid Camera were there, I might go along with this idea.

I think it's genius. Just like auto registration renewal, the rates would just go up every year. And people would get red marks against their credit scores for letting their marriage licenses lapse. "It wasn't cheating honey, we weren't legally married anymore. Remember you forgot to pay the marriage renewal fee?"
