There are a lot of new people here these days, so I thought I'd bring this thread back up so they can see that people do actually meet!

You got lucky! The big issue most here have is that there are not many active local people on the site.

Hahaha eat your hearts out ladies....
This was at the last meet I just went to a couple of weeks ago! Here is Krupa and me getting our drink on....well actually by this time we had it on for a while..... 
Then this one is with T(phuque) & I we went to La for T's Birthday bash.... 
This was shortly after Krupa arrived and he got out what he thought was going to be his bed...........seems it was minus the air mattress 
And last but not least Krupa & T (phuque) celebrating her B-day! 
Another great time again nothing like enjoying the friendships that have been created within Mingle2

I wish there were more minglers near me! A few (mayhem, chrissy and bonnie) were a few hours away, but none are really close.

I already got my plane ticket back to Oregon....Half the country away. I want it soooo bad I can taste it. My Oregon woman is the reason that I would rather be in love with the woman who really loves me 1,500 miles away...than to hope for something closer and settle for less. We have all settled for less. No more! |

Well, seeing as none of the people I have met have been really close, I agree. I was just pointing out that no minglers were close by.

Get out more, then! There are some good people here to meet :). I would love to. I met Bryan (Burgandy)in person and did not take one picture! Shame. But we had a wonderful time and he is truly a sweetheart. For myself, I'm usually penching pennies most days, so for me to travel is out of the question. Seeing all these pics is wonderful...keep 'em coming! |

ALWAYS take pictures! Traveling can be cheap. Mayhem and I met in the middle of where we lived, went out for lunch and hung out for the day a couple times. It barely cost anything to do that.. a little gas and money for lunch. Same thing with Chrissy, Fetts and Tootsweet. While it would be nice to be able to hop on a plane and meet anyone I'd like, driving works sometimes. |
