i worked with a facility that rescues them from idiots that think they want to own them as pets. over the years we relocated, saved, rescued, confiscated, assisted literally hundreds of them.

we also raised around 50 lions, 35 tigers, several cougars....the list goes on and on.

straight up, short term memory loss, specially those pot heads. .

My uncle had a baby deer he raised from a day old and Bambi (GADS are we original with our names or what???) slept on the couch with him when he napped.

yes he was my baby. i saved his life when he two months old, he was choking on chicken bones, i pulled them out of his throat and from that day on, he sort of adopted me.

he used to come home with me all of the time. made for some interesting trips through the drive thru's. it's funny how many times the people used to give us free food. i never did tell them that he wouldn't eat cooked meat...or french fries, no, we would just drive off and laugh.

na, looked into it long ago - seemed too bureaucratic for me, a friend of mine from HS is one - top of the 'park' and he empties trash cans from the picnic areas :)

BUT he also gets to give talks on owls and coyotes, but still...

the last time he i slept in the same bed was when we went to the opening of the grad casino in bilix ms. we were to do a photo shoot for the casino.

the mayor of biloxi was supposed to let us house him at his house when we got there, but he had to leave town for a family emergency.

so i got a room at the casino and snuck him up the elevator. now he was only a year and a half old, but weighed about 240lbs. the guy that came with us was sleeping in the adjoining room and came in the next morning to wake me. when he opened the door he couldn't see me, because the tiger had wrapped himself around me. (he is a snuggler) this guy freaked out for a second and yelled "oooh no!" i jumped up, so did rocky, then he started laughing his azz off. he thought the cat had eaten me over night....i was like, dude, do you see any blood?
