Dog buiscuits--gross. is that code for something humans actually eat? No, they are good !! OK I was really hungry - but they are good! Oatmeal, cornmeal, poultry seasoning, bouillon, butter, egg, milk, garlic salt, whole grain flour, flax seed, hhmm seems like I'm missing something --- they smelled good when I took the first batch out of the oven so I tried one. OK, it would be better with some butter or jelly on it -- or even a cream cheese icing...but I keep eating them plain! mmmm, some of it sounds good. I dont know about altogether though. . |

YES Scooby Snacks!!
(one of the dogs they are for is named Scooby of course) This last batch I decided to go all out and put some hamburger grease in - just a couple tablespoons and some Mrs Dash. I'm wild like that in the kitchen 
Now even the cats are eating them with me and the doggers. There may not be any left for Christmas gifts. |

Well, I think I'd bring something a bit more appropriate than dog treats -- unless there will be dogs there.
I do make mean homemade noodles with chicken. Or beef stroganoff, or lasagna, or -- ok now I know why I'm wolfing down the Scooby snacks. I have not eaten today. My dog is eh, 45 - 50 svelte like pounds. The other dog here is smaller and then even a smaller one here. The cats are huge however ! I've never made homemade doggie treats before - they are enjoying my burst of Martha Stewart like behavior. |

I think I ate one too many Scooby snacks...Possibly 3 too many. Least I got my fiber intake for the .... week. It's COLD here, with a beautiful 4 inches of crystal like snow on the ground and more coming next week. I love snow. Friends of mine were here snowmobiling tonight - I'm a woos and mostly watched from the kitchen window and kept the coffee pot and hot chocolate pot warm. I do believe I will make stroganoff tomorrow! Is this what you had in mind for me to talk about ???
