My Dad was so obnoxious about his girls never getting haircuts that @ 30+ yrs old when I cut my butt-length hair off & donated it to locks of love he flipped out on me at my baby sister's graduation and made a really BIG scene!!! Cussed me & my bf out, then left-LOL

Wow fireflysgirl! Thats crazy lol....ive never cut my hair an it has alot more to do with Religion an personal convictions rather thn a strict parent..although they wud flip if i ever cut it!!!! Lol

haha-i think it was more because I always was more of a "Daddy's girl" & didn't cut my hair because I knew he didn't like it! My sister's got thiers cut everytime my aunt came to visit, which really pissed him off because she was well aware of his opinions about it.

Mom never cared & cut hers when she wanted too, but never me until then & it just flipped his lid that I would do such a thing without even asking him first!!! He was never called a sane man anyhow-LOL.

Don't know about the accent, probably the drawl is sexy to some, but personally it doesn't do me crazy.

Hair though... I get interested in dumb things from time to time (like you said, curiousity killed the cat, but I still got one life going for me) and sex appeal once struck a note. So this one researcher with way to much time on his hand decided to find out the same thing, and he took a bunch of women, put them in front of men, and changed their looks systematically. It turns out that the looks that got bottom score was bald women, upon which he concluded that the most sexy attribute of a woman is her hair.
don't know if that is any kind of answer, and I am not so concerned any more, because no matter the reason, there do seem to be a sort of universal truth about it: long silky smooth hair drives men insane. It even shows up in certain religions, where the women has to cover their hair as not to tempt the men of the society. Go figure, especially because their god-image usually are consistent on the point that it is a good thing to be fruitful and multiply, so you'd think they'd be all for tempting each other in every way they can lol.

Anyway, sorry for my rant, guess the only words is: enjoy your long hair as long as you enjoy it, and when you cut your hair short, then enjoy that too!

My personal thang is I dig short hair on chicks....not so much the skinhead/prisoner look but, pixie bobs drive me nuts! Long hair is nice if the chick puts an effort into it.

Me being born and raised in Texas and having the hair, lots of women are interested on the surface but in the end are magnetically drawn to the shorthaired slobs who treat them like dirt. Explain THAT one to me?!?!?!?!?!
