i finally bought a fry grand daddy! i love it. only used it once since i got it. But it made my famous chicken wings so much better!

I LOVE my quesadilla maker, So convenient and great for leftovers. And my juicer, It will juice anything, Its great, (ever had pineapple/ mango/ carrot juice--yumm)

Most "gadgety" and cool thing was an electronic, laser thermometer to shoot the pan, the grease, etc with. I've recently been learning that consistent temperature and the RIGHT temp is critical to good results (not that I always achieve them, but I have a cool gadget!)
