*JAMAICAN RUM PUNCH*

Ingredients:
8 Cups Water
2 Cup Lime Or Lemon Juice
6 Cups Strawberry-Flavoured Syrup
4 Cups Jamaican White Rum

Mix All Ingredients Together In A Punch Bowl..
Serve Over Ice Cudes With A Slice Of Lime Or Lemon On The Edge Of The Glass Or Cup .

(N.B) Add Rum Or Water To Weaken Or Strengthen As Needed.

Hawaiian Hurricane
Ingredients:
2 cups of spiced Dark rum
2 cups of Light rum
1 cup Triple sec
46 oz of Pineapple juice
32 oz of Hawaiian punch drink
32 oz Orange juice
6 oz Grenadine
Mixing instructions:
You can mix in either a punch bowl, or a pitcher. Mix all ingredients (alcohol first) together, then add the grenadine syrup. Add ice and serve in a highball glass.

Here is a smaller recipe for punch, I make for friends that come by for grilled shrimp.

Jamaican Rum Punch

Ingredients:

1 cup Bacardi 151 proof rum
1/2 cup Dark rum (Myers)
1/4 cup Malibu rum
2 1/2 cups Pineapple juice
2 1/2 cups Orange juice
1/4 cup Lime juice
3 tblsp Grenadine
Ice cubes
Mixing instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in blender or punch bowl. Pour creation over ice cubes in any type of glass.

Jamaican Appleton Drink

1 1\2 oz. Appleton Special Jamaican Rum
1\4 oz. Tia Maria
1\2 oz. Creme De Banana
4 oz. Orange Juice
Directions
1.Pour Ingredient Into A Cocktail Shaker And Shake Well
2. Pour Into A Tall Glass Over Ice.
3. Garnish With A Cherry Or Orange Wedge

Visited the Appleton rum distillery. The rum is very good indeed. Some of their rums are like fine sipping rums.

DIRECTIONS
1. Peel Papayas And Blend With Ice-Cream And Nutmeg
2. Pour Into Dessert Dishes To Top With Warm Caramel

Jet Pilot

1 oz Spiced rum
1 oz Malibu rum
1 oz Rum (Bacardi)
1 oz Bacardi Limon
2 oz Cranberry juice
2 oz Orange juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 tsp Grenadine
2 oz Southern Comfort

Mixing instructions:
Add ice cubes to a Mason jar glass. Pour 1 oz of each type of rum over ice. Pour 2 oz's of each juice over ice. Add 1 tsp of grenadine. Top with double shot of southern comfort. More juice could be used to mask liquor. Drink can be stirred if preferred.

Exotic Irish Drink.
1 part alcohol
