Baily's Irish cream; shot

Irish mist; shot

Tall glass add the the liquor, fill the glass with chocolate milk.

Try it from the Gravity bar in Dublin, it's part of the Guinness building, best Guinness you will ever taste!

A very good Margarita.


Platinum Grand Margarita

3 oz Margarita mix
1 1/4 oz Gold tequila (Cuervo 1800)
1/4 oz Grand Marnier
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Triple sec
1/4 oz Irish Mist
1/4 oz fresh Lime juice
5 cubes Ice


Mixing instructions:
Salt the rim of your margarita glass and add freshly squeezed lime juice to your glass. Add margarita mix, tequila, grand marnier, cointreau, triple sec, irish mist, and 5 ice cubes in a shaker. Shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed and cold. Pour into margarita glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Adding a maraschino cherry is an interesting touch.

Jeff's Version of long Island Ice Tea


Jeff’s version of Long Island Iced Tea

1 oz of Finlandia Vodka
1 oz of Gin
1 oz of Tequila
1 oz of Light rum
1 oz of Cointreau
8 oz of Mike’s hard Lemonade
Coca-Cola

Mixing instructions:
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice. Pour the spirits and the juice over the ice. Add cola until the drink becomes tea colored.
