I did not read this entire thread but let me give this a go:

1. A woman they can trust.
2. Sex that is intense without conditions or withholding
based on games, manipulation, or anger.
3. Blow jobs without teeth.
4. A partner that respects and admires them and vice versa.
5. A woman who is independent and has her own life,
and lets him have his without hassle. However, there exist shared
interests and activities.

I agree with all of these. Except of course those men who complain about independent women. You know.. the ones who have issues with women even saying they're independent. But for most guys, the above list probably works well.
