Well, I think I'm gonna read LOTR first. I keep putting it off because it's 3 books and I know it will take a while. But, I'm really wanting to read them. But, I've got my lists for after that. And, I don't have to wait to watch some of these movies. 
Uh oh, if you consider LOTR long you may want to hold off on the Wheel of Time series- each book is close to 800 pages or longer, the Sword of Truth books are huge too. 
Part of my problem is that I have trouble switching gears between books. Fiction books, I mean. I can read several non-fiction books simultaneously. But, if the novel is good, when it's over, I'm still living in that world for a while. I don't want to say goodbye to the characters. I want to live with them for a while longer in my mind. And, when I start a new book, they disappear. |

Yeah internet dating has been hard on a lot of us. After my last experience I was ready to give up all hope. And then Yoda said to me, "No. There is another." So I'm standing on my head in the swamp waiting patiently.

Ok, apparently when people thought the world was flat, the direction on a map pointing up was East. That is what I got out of tonight's Trivia night, which was pretty diffcult tonight. No WWII questions, which is my strong point. They need to ask Sci Fi questions!
