The worst part for me is that I have days where I walk around not even thinking about her. And I'll see her picture and I'm like "So what! Who cares! It's over!" And then there are other days -- more of them, I think, since I realized that I'm really just not suited to be with anybody "normal" -- when I walk around wondering "How did I screw this up so badly?" Because things really were great for awhile....! And I find myself wishing I could feel about someone else the way I felt about her. But everyone else I meet is just a cardboard cutout in comparison. |
