Good to hear! >>> I did get Xandros to run on my laptop then couldnt get it to connect to any of my networks so I deleted it! I'm guessing you are speaking of a wireless network? I've never had a problem with any Linux distribution recognizing a wired network...but I've often had a little trouble with wireless networks, and turned to "ndiswrapper" to save the day. Ndiswrapper allows Linux to use drivers which were written for windows. http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/joomla/ |

I tried to run Ubuntu and i have a built in wireless card and it wont
read it what should i do now? I tried to use that ndiswrapper but couldnt get it to download is that something i have go go on ubuntu wired then download wireless drivers where would i find these? |
