you think im happy or deffend those that are doing all that stupid crap? no body im from the northern area of Mexico and i have some family members extremely affected by those gangs and it pisses the hell out of me , but atacking all the nationals of a country its not fair just cuz there are a few doing what make all of us look bad

Now people may think I am totally insensitive to the situation. I am tired of listening to all the crap about how Mexico is this and Mexico is that.

Mexican law and their legal system bred a lot of the problems they have. Doing business in good faith there is impossible unless you can pay Media to buy protection and that is not fool proof either. There is only one way to fight drug war violence on the scale Mexico is facing, you need to arm and organize the citizens. OH BUT THAT IS SO BARBARIC!

First and foremost Mexico's government is corrupt on an equal level as ours. the difference is that Mexico's government is more in bed with the Cartels than anyone will admit. Having a military why do they not storm compounds and take azzes of these drug lords wholesale? Many American legal interests have offered to help but Mexico insists they can handle things no their own. Mexican Federales have been known to help drug smugglers using military assets.

Mexico is a classic example of a society that has an unarmed population. Only the Law and Criminals are armed unless you are one of the Privileged. How is it a handful of men can take over an entire city and yet all of the bleating sheep just accept it and cry in the dark? Mexico dug the hole they are in and now they have to dig themselves out of it. If America is supposed to help what are we supposed to do? Give them money? Give them aid? So that the drug lords can take it from them?

Mexico is an unorganized hole like America is becoming. The big difference is when we have to we can organize, we are armed, and we are not afraid to fight. The sick thing is being punished for defe4nding ourselves.

Again what would help Mexico more? HANDING THEM ALL GUNS AND TELLING THEM TO TAKE THEIR COUNTRY BACK! Only they can fix their country, not us! Not our JOB!

Mixed stories.

The only weapon that is named that I can find is Cold War era hand grenades. A report I read awhile ago said that the firearms that Mexican cartels actually use weapons from Russia or South America, the report further stated that the apparent .50 caliber rifles that the cartel used were of Russian arms trades (more than likely with South America, South America probably needed money and sold them to cartels probably some intimidation factors in there as well).

Either way; this story here is completly false as far as Laredo, Texas goes. They were told to stay inside because of battles erupting in Mexican border towns such as Nuevo Laredo, but no attacks have been reported on domestic ground.

Preferred arsenal of the Mexican Cartels, AK-47, both Russian and Chinese Made. SKS, Chinese made! Cheap as hell too. These two rifles comprise most of what they like to wield becasue they both can be converted to fully automatic fire with just parts you can get mail order. They also like to use hand grenades and IEDs. One is a soda can full of gun powder and ball bearings. Any large cardboard tube will do as well. They now are using Car Bombs. They also have been known to use RPGs which are Russian Made.

They tend not to use hunting rifles. Their preferred tactics are to drive up in a truck full of armed men and proceed to shoot the hell out of every thing in sight. Motorcycles are used more for fast get aways for things like assassinations.

Strangely this whole thing smells of an Ollie North like conspiracy! Who is to say the weapons merchants in question were not European selling through Columbia or Nicaragua, drugs go to America, money from American drug profits go back into decadence and more weapons, European arms merchants get richer, Mexico gets bloodier, and eventually the problem does get so bad that when it does spill way into America the US invades. And the whole time the weapons dealers' hands are clean.

Time to write a book now folks! BEST SELLER MAYBE?
