When seconds count, which of these do you want to bet your life on ... ?
Here is why I own a 1911 ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEABZswQWDg And why I don't own a Beretta 92 (M9) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeAE9MdcbNU |

Colt MK IV - Series 80 - Gov't Model - Stainless Steel - 8 Round SS 45ACP Mags - Factory comp grips

The 1911 dominates the Beretta in most aspects. And the 1911 is highly customizable. Turn a 'good' gun into a 'nail driver.'

I've got a Smith and Wesson 39-2 and a pair of Remington 1100s. Oh and the 10/22 for coyotes and such.

If I ever get a gun it would be a Glock 9MM.

Ruger P97 DC .45, its a boring gun with no frills but all it does is shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot...And that's all that really counts. |

How does that little Defender handle? it's real smooth, i never had a problem with mine...but its a 9, so there's not alot of power with it... but it's very comfortable and accurate up to 30 yards or so, but it took some getting use the sights. i might get a laser, if i get the 45. |

Depends on the use, for a carry gun 9mm is good enough. But if you have the cash to shovel, the .45 chamber is pretty good. I love a good .45 ACP, and I think that is why I love Colt so much...the 1911 is a thing of beauty. |

I'm actually glad he owns all of those. I don't personally own any guns myself, but I do have a fascination with them.
We need them, because if, and possibly when, our country goes down into full-blown Capitalism...we have to have something to rise against them with. |
