I have little respect for anyone who pays outrageous ticket prices to attend any sporting or music event. The people they pay to watch just aren't worth what they're receving. I remember paying $7/ticket to see the Eagles, Beachboys and Kansas all at the same concert. I enjoyed all three groups, but believed even then that the price was excessive. To contrast these groups with sporting stars, the major difference is that the musicians have real talent. Who cares where Lebron goes? I don't. I haven't seen a pro basketball game since the Cincinnati Royals were still playing, and I have no plans to attend any in the future.

I still say LeBron made the right call. Bottom line, he was not going to win a title while in Cleveland. And oh yeah....Miami has beaches, tons of money, and women. Yeah....LeBron made the right call. Miami is about to become a basketball city.

Pfffft. Lebron who? Seriously, it's the NBA. Who cares? Summer is baseball and it's two months to opening day of the NFL.

I agree... he is a professional ball player, this is how he makes his living, I think he is free to make the choices that he thinks is best for his career. I liked watching him play for the Cav's, I am sure I will enjoy watching him play for Miami...

As for how he "did it"... hmm, he made lots of money for a charity he likes, seems pretty "stand up" to me...

 for Lebron, for such a young man he seems to have a good head on his shoulders, and has his heart in a good place...

Well, As soon as Wade AND Bosh chose Miami, you had to be delusional to think that Lebron was staying in Cleveland. You have the Lakers in the West who are darn near guaranteed locks for the Finals in the West, and then Boston and Miami to go thru in the East. If he stayed in Cleveland, he wasn't going to win a championship.

Could Lebron have handled it with more class? Yeah, but so could the Cavs owner, and with the outburst that he had, I find it hard to fault Lebron just for leaving.

Look at the bright side, Cavs fans, you get to fight the Knicks and the Nets for the #1 pick in the draft now.
