Are you the type that will argue with a lamp post??? I know I am...it's a Texas thang
At what point do you realize that it doesn't do any good? Or do you realize it? |

Are you the type that will argue with a lamp post??? I know I am...it's a Texas thang At what point do you realize that it doesn't do any good? Or do you realize it? I try to control my arugmentative gene, all it does is stress me out and escalate the situation |

I will engage in a discussion if I have an opinion. I usually realize I can’t change someone’s mind; however, as long as my point is considered – or I am at least heard – then I will debate for the sake of education. I also learn from other people’s opinions.
If my platform is falling upon deaf ears or the audience is completely obtuse to another point of view – then I cut out very quickly. It’s insanity to argue for the sake of arguing. Being LOUDER doesn’t mean a person is right either. |

I use to try and convince a brick wall it had empathy, but I have since learned to stop. It is very healty to let go of such behaviors.
Now I just use the wall for banging my head against, like it was meant to be. |

I argue until the lamp post gives up and admits I'm right! I've even been known to threaten to knock his lights out if he doesn't just acquiesce.
A mule chastised me once... "And they say we're stubborn!" were his exact words. |

If you want to argue with me about rocket fuel then I would be the lamp post. |

Are you the type that will argue with a lamp post??? I know I am...it's a Texas thang At what point do you realize that it doesn't do any good? Or do you realize it? Ho I will walk away when I feel like I am talking to the wind. I can engage rather quickly and disengage just as quickly. I have felt that I may not be right and yet I have a right to what I feel and think. Vice a Versa with another person. Sometime I will engage a debate just for the sake of a debate. |
