If it was for my kids I would sacrifice my life. I have sacrificed many things for my kids in the past and would do it again if I needed too. Now they are grown I have learned to do watch what I spend in order to go do things I have never been able too.... Just cutting back on my Dr.Peppers saves me approx $40 a month each little thing I have changed has enabled for me to put back money to save for a few trips....

i don't think we ever stop sacrificing for our kids... So true but for now they are both doing good on their own.... Therefore giving me a chance to enjoy a few things myself.... |

What kind of things do you sacrifice to have other things in your life? For instance, I pay a ridiculous car payment so that I can have a fast car, and I gave up lunch so my son could go to after school science classes. What things do you give up in favor of other, more important, things? I give up dating and a social life to tend to my toddler. |

My biggest expenses are my animals. I am fortunate that I only have to look out for me and my baby doggies and kitties. They come first but I do have obligations to my car and other luxuries. I also like having a ridiculously fast, accessorized car.
 
When my fitness business is slow, I will get a part-time job (like cocktail serving or copywriter/editor) to make fill in the gaps. I will sacrifice my time and fatigue to make sure my household is in harmony. |

I sacrifice sleep to let my girls have a slumber party in mom's bed on Friday nights. They seem to love it for some reason.
I sacrifice my emotional health at times to get everything done. I sacrifice desserts so.... why the hell am I sacrificing desserts?

I sacrificed my social life and sanity to raise the boy. Thankfully, the tour of duty will soon come to an end. I wonder how far that damn sanity could have gotten in seventeen years?

I live my life in a way that I really don't have to sacrifice. I make enough to pay all my bills and have some left over to play. I don't have or want kids, mostly because I know what people have to sacrifice to have them and I don't want to have to do all that. I work hard at my job during the week and play hard on the weekends.
My biggest payment is my car but not because it's fast... So Cal is not the place for a fast car. There are cops everywhere and ALWAYS traffic. I do however feel safe in my car which is important to me after my last car was totaled in an accident. |

I've sacrificed for my animals, including ending relationships with stoooopid males. However, with as much craziness and funniness as I get out of them, I don't see that as a sacrfice. It's more of they help keep me sane in that not-so-sane way.

Since I am bipolar I should receive double my money back. Chaotic bliss is a myth....unless you have really good psychotropic drugs....
