I had a 3 year old son, had just become single and was head of housekeeping at the Holiday Inn...and was an addict. edit to say: and I was 27 years old...

in 1987? Hhhmm... I was in the hospital after a bad fall in the kitchen. I busted my lip pretty good, I still have a scar from it. I had to get surgery a few years later. I cried like a little two year old, but that's mostly because I WAS a two year old at the time.

Managing a Radio Shack and generally enjoying being a bachelor. My future ex-wife and kids were not yet on the horizon. About the only part of 1987 that I regret is the music. It was pretty much crap.

I graduated in June and turned 18 in Nov. I was most likely at a party, either drunk or stoned or both back then. I vaguely recall being in the backseat of my mom and dad's LTD at a bonfire in the woods on one occasion, but that could just be a drug induced hallucination. Aaaah, the good old days when I was young and dumb and full of...it.
