There are some real winners out there...be safe...and block out and report

It's part of the internet landscape. All you can do is report, delete, and block. Messing with them is waste of time since it accomplishes nothing. Alerting others is not a bad idea, but I'm not sure if it accomplishes anything. You'd think people would already be wise to internet scams and predators due to the millions of warnings. However, some people are just suckers.... Nothing anyone can do...

I agree with that but warnings likw these to new comers help when you see the activity as well....

I was about to make a topic about asking what kind of a sick emails do people get from others.

Unbelievable emails sometimes....we all do....

It could be worse though, at least they give themselves away early on. It could be someone sending nice and sweet mails, get a date and he turns out to be a very twisted and sick individual. All that time wasted and all those emotions spent for nothing.

You can handle it, just the little I know about you.

I usually only speak to those I meet in the forums.....you get to see a perspective of them on different days and how they react to different situations.....of course a polite no thank you helps many times.....but they are there in droves it seems

yep, you can`t be TOO careful, that`s for sure. Horny and desperate,,,,that`s easy to spot, the really weird ones are the ones that seem to good to be true...oooooo, i`m jaded (too many true crime books)

I already have the feeling thats what is going to happen. So Im already planning on telling her ok. Then wait for awhile, then tell I went down to westren union and sent out the money. Go pick it up. Then wait to see what she says when she descovers the money was not sent.

Actually Single, I would be suprized if Western Union would send it. I was in line to pay a utility bill at a western union. The lady in front of me got some money orders and wanted to wire $160 out of the country....the cashier launched into about half a dozen questions. "Have you met this person? Is it a relative? How long have you known them? Etc..."

Then the cashier politely refused to process the transaction telling the woman that they were trained to help prevent scams and suggested the lady wait until she knew that person better because there was no reason that that individual couldn't come up with that small amount of $ from local friends or relatives.

The lady was cool with it and admitted she was just being nice and the cashier was right.

Besides, Eastern European pimps insist on $5,000 for an initial meeting with your new slave bride (they are property over there) and the average cost to secure the contract and import them to the states is $35,000.

Well. This morning I did get the email that asked me to send $1,000 to her by westren union LOL. Like I didnt see that coming I replied back to her as follows: Ok Tatiana.I will go to the bank when it first opens. Draw the money out,and go to westren Union to send you the money. I am looking forward to seeing you for the first time.
