I'd like to say to the ends of the earth, but reality dictates I need to find someone that's local.

I have traveled to another state to meet someone. A long 6 hour drive. it didnt work out. Then I met someone an hour away. He is originally from Kansas and has been here 5 years. We have been dating 1 yr.We just moved in together!

I've been lucky...my last ex I met on-line and we were only 3 hours away from each other. My current bf I met also on-line but he was local so....
But if the feelings and connection are there I imagine distance wouldn't matter to me. |

I was dating someone in TX, (I'm in CA). We didn't meet online, we had dated once before when he lived here. After a few trips to TX and his ugly custody battle with his ex we figured out that I wouldn't be moving there and he wouldn't be able to move back here like he had planned. I called it off 6 months into it, I still care for the guy but didn't want to keep putting myself through all that.

I'd go pretty far, but I'm rather flexible like that. I've been all over the states and even parts of Canada...I would just stay away from the Midwest is all. |
