We both did after a long talk, well actually she said maybe we need some time apart, so I agreed. We did counseling, waited 6 more months and decided to call it quits. We even went out to lunch after the divorce. It was pretty amicable. But that will never happen with Angel, she is perfect for me! Oh, Angel and I aren't married, probably won't be for years!

I asked for the divorce. I even went down a lot in child support (even though he could afford it) and didn't take half of his 401K or stocks. And he still dragged it out for a long time. It got to the point where it was going to be dismissed (because of how long it took) and I'd have to refile and go through it again. So I told him, if I had to refile, I'm taking everything the law allows. He gave in after that
