Oh wow, I am calm don't worry kiddos! I've been here a long time and most of my posts are of the light hearted variety. I do consider myself a realist, but in my real world I don't run around complaining about everything. Just seems ridiculous to me that people come to a dating site to whine about why they can't get a date. I was actually just approaching the question with one of my own. I get called cynical a lot, which I can be, but usually it is one of those 'it is funny because it is true' type of ways. |

Yes I am the kind of nerd that has 2 computers LOL only 2. i have 2 here. a third that i may have fried the moboard on. and an old laptop that i keep at my mothers just in case all of these die on me. and the of course there's my ipod touch which is an awesome hand held computer (too bad i can't use it for downloading stuff). did i mention that i have one of my roommates computers hooked to the tv in our living room so that we can stream stuff and that i have another tv in my bedroom for the same reason hooked to the computer i'm using now? isn't tech wonderful? . . . |

I do consider myself a realist, but in my real world I don't run around complaining about everything. Just seems ridiculous to me that people come to a dating site to whine about why they can't get a date. i stopped whining a while ago. there are many reason why i can't get a date. some are my fault and some are not. i do believe that if i lived in closer proximity to some of the ladies on here that i would have less difficulty in the dating realm. location, location, location. and i really just can't get enough of your new pic. . . .Awwwww If I were CLOSER would you date me?

people are a cynic because most likely things haven't gone there way here, and in their life
people complain because they feel they are entitled to something, such as love, and when they don't receive it, they complain... sure people should be entitled to love, if you are a child...and if your lucky to have had loving parents.....but as an adult...no way - the gap between perception & reality is huge...really its a chasm... roko |
