2- one pound frozen bread dough-thawed
1- 15 ounce pizza sauce 1- 10 ounce frozen spinach..thawed and drained shredded mozzarella cheese sliced pepperoni grated parmesan cheese,ricotta cheese olives olive oil roll out dough into 12 inch circles on a floured surface...combine pepperoni,spinach,mozza,ricotta,parmesan,olives in alarge bowl...spread sauce over dough...spread bowl mixture evenly over dough...cover with other dough...seal round the edges....slit eight stema vents....bake at 350 degrees for 20 mintues...take out and brush with olive oil...sprinkle parmesan cheese all over top..bake another 20 minutes or til browned....let stand five to tenmintues..cut n serve..(can always change the stuffing to your choice) enjoy... teasingbrunette |

It definitely sounds like a " flat " version of a Stromboli.
But...it sounds pretty doggone tasty. Although, one would want to be careful with the amounts of ingredients. Too many ingredients, or too much of a few, will keep the " dough " from baking through properly. |

Here in N.Y. we have a very similar dish and it's called Calzone.... I like it with everything in it! mushrooms,onions,pepperoni, sausgae,sauce,peppers,cheese....omg the carbs in that badboy!!!!I gotta stop!
