I don't have a computer, been using the sevice thru my cell phone. I had been receiving mail and sending without difficulties until a couple of days ago. Now I've recieved 3 emails stating I have new incomimg mail but they are not showing up in my inbox on the site. I've tried opening the site thru the email but only get an outline of the page with no content visible. When I open mingle2 thru the web all looks ok but the inbox does not include the new mail I was notified of. What do I change to get my mail again?

Hi, Rondoobie. There is no one setting which allows or disallows Mingle2 mails to be delivered, so it's could be some temporary (at best) incompatibility between your phone and Mingle2. We do have mail filters, but I see that you do not have any enabled. Moreover, if you had a filter turned on, you would not get an off-site notification if another's attempt to mail you had been blocked.

Therefore, I'm thinking that perhaps you were emailed by a scammer or scammers who we caught, banned, and deleted the emails of. So, if you check the off-site email notifications that you received and mail me the user names (do not post them here), then I can look into each account.
