Tulare County! I lived near there for five years. (Well, Redding is actually a couple of hours from there but in N Cali distance really doesn't matter!) That county is a little backwards in some ways. That was just a cop on a power trip. Picking on an 7 year old is WEASH! Shame on the Tulare PD! NO DONUTS FOR BAD COPS!

How many Illegal alien children sell lemonade in a backwater county like Tulare? If she was Hispanic maybe they thought she was selling dope! Seriously though? Wow. Shutting down a lemonade stand. I guess they didn't have anything better to do that day. The Ges'cop'o strikes again. How much ya wanna bet that " permit " costs around 50 bucks and the city " leaders " were PISSED because they weren't gouging that little kid.
