Wow..........I'd like my 20 yo body back!! I was cut and chiseled... in my 40's now, I'm now just sanded.......lol You can be chiseled at 40 if you eat right and exercise and get up off the couch once in a while. Besides, 40 is VERY YOUNG! |

Ouch that sounds painful. But there is always some kind of physical therapy you can do. Do what ever you can and don't worry about it then. |
