Somebody is sure shootin' ta' get reelected!
Author of Arizona immigration law wants to end birthright citizenship Fri May 21, 7:15 pm ET The author of Arizona's immigration law, state Sen. Russell Pearce, told constituents he wants to pass another measure to invalidate citizenship granted to the children of illegal aliens. Pearce wrote that he plans to "push for an Arizona bill that would refuse to accept or issue a birth certificate that recognizes citizenship to those born to illegal aliens, unless one parent is a citizen," in an email obtained by Phoenix CBS affiliate KPHO. Pearce also forwarded an email from another correspondent expanding on the proposal — which he later told KPHO he didn't agree with. "If we are going to have an effect on the anchor baby racket, we need to target the mother. Call it sexist, but that's the way nature made it. Men don't drop anchor babies, illegal alien mothers do," the email said. Pearce did tell the CBS affiliate, however, that he didn't see anything wrong with using the term "anchor baby" to refer to natural-born U.S. citizens. Last year, 92 Congressmen sponsored a bill that would change the 14th Amendment so that children of illegal aliens born in the United States would not be granted citizenship. The bill is still in committee. Last month, Rep. Duncan Hunter of California told a tea party rally he would support deporting children of illegal aliens, even if they are citizens. "And we're not being mean. We're just saying it takes more than walking across the border to become an American citizen," he said. "It's what's in our souls." His spokesman later sought to clarify the remarks with the Associated Press, saying that Duncan believes that "U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants should stay with their parents unless there is a legal guardian who could take care of them." — Liz Goodwin is a national affairs writer for Yahoo! We're also gonna have a proposition to do away with that racist affirmative action law as well...I love Arizona, we will be the beacon of light and show the rest the way of the future and hopefully cut the nuts off the liberal scum that is destroying this country. |

Finally we have someone with the balls to make a move towards all that **** that should'a been taken care of long ago. They are manipulating our rules, taking advantage of, and raping our country, all because THEY CAN!!! I say stop it now and close the borders while we still can.

We actually had two people in Federal office recently who had the balls to do that. Rep. Tom Tancredo R.CO and Rep. Duncan Hunter R.CA |

Is the state going to get rid of the Federal governments right to decide who it will award contracts and who it wont,, and what guidelines it will set for federally funded agencies and companies? should be interesting,,, |

I respect your right to have an opinion.. but I think one should try to INFORM themself before coming to a conclusion
Affirmative Action is not A LAW. Affirmative Action refers to a NUMBER of laws and regulations aimed towards opening up opportunities to all(initially created to offset the exclusion of groups like minorities, women, and the handicapped). There are places and instances where AA is overstated and needs to be revised. But everything labeled AA is not inherently discriminatory in any sense, on the contrary, it is mostly measures to COMBAT previous and existing discrimination. thats not my opinion either, you can actually look up the laws, and regulations, as well as how they are worded. this is my opinion though,,,,those who oppose AA because of incidents of misuse are not much different than those who oppose law enforcement because of incidents where they or others were misused, or those who oppose government because theydon't agree with some political policies, or like wanting to throw out the whole constitution because of a section that made some people worth less than others ...its a knee jerk and overdramatic reaction If there are things that need fixing,,fix those things, instead of bagging the whole effort,,, |

I was born in chandler and am sick of the raciest attitude there!!! I HATE germans( Iam half!!) Hate Irish (I am the other half) so that makes me like U all, deaf DUMB and Blind!!! Does anyone have a GED besides Ms harmony? Stupid defines stupid!!! OPPs sorry didnt mean to demean the old guy on here that pays for it on the corner!!! (Remember over 4 hours might be bad for your helath!!) dang Mikey,,, can I give you a hug racism does suck,,,,and there are so many unaware of their own racism which makes it hard to tackle,,,,,but I do think all should follow the laws and have the laws applied equally If someone breaks a law,,,any law, and they are a parent,, that person has put their child in a position to suffer,,,I hate that part, but we cant go basing the application of the law on parental status,,, I get upset because my daughter cant have her british father here with her(didnt meet the requirements to be permitted entry) but so long as others can bypass those requirements they are given free pass,,,, I just think its unfair all the way around and if current laws were better enforced and those TRULY benefitting from the exploitation(businesses) were hit in the pocketbooks,,,,most of this nonsense would stop I also dont agree with profiling,, I think the law would read better if it became routine for EVERYONE stopped for a violation to have to provide ID,,,and the IDs should be mandated to state citizenship |

EO11246
Section 202.1 The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Such action shall include, but not be limited to the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship. The contractor agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices to be provided by the contracting officer setting forth the provisions of this nondiscrimination clause. OH MY GOSH << HOW RACIST OF THEM,,,,lol still have yet to see the actual part of a law or regulation which is expressly discriminatory,, and I suspect that I won't in the near future either |

You could have 20 people working for you, all of them HIGHLY qualified, go to hire more, and have to hire people less qualified simply because the government says so. |
