Being able to refer to someone for advice and opinion is STILL not the same as having had experience oneself. If I apply to a position, I have to list EXPERIENCE,, I can add that I also have REFERENCES with experience whom I can make use of,,,but their experience will not count towards a decision about whether I am qualified for that position.

It doesnt matter though,,,,I was only asking what the candidates actual PERSONAL experience was in background to the position he will hold. What his dad did or has done is a nice sidebar, but it doesnt really tell me what THIS candidate has done.

I haven't read the thread, but I saw him speak last night.... which is miraculous because I RARELY listen to political rhetoric. But I could not turn the channel when I heard him speak. I love this guy!!


I see this guy as president! I'll be watching him. I hope Washington does not get to him with all their crime, corruption, and trickery. He should be warned. If they don't like him they will set him up. If that does not work his life is in danger.

I think we should make them all citizens and them make them start paying taxes like we do! If they want to live here, then live here, work here, and pay taxes like everyone else.

It's not just that, although that's part of it. The REAL kicker is, the elections are fixed! We don't have ANY say at all over gets in office, they just want us to think we do. In the end, it's one big party under the guise of two. Why do you think little to anything really changes no matter who is in office? There's a reason for it, it's all set up.

I think there is truth to this about the elections 'being fixed.' But even if they weren't, the good candidates are weeded out early on and we end up with choosing between Larry, Curly and Moe, and they are basically all puppets of the powers that run things... that would be the secret government of wealth holders and power groups.

Yes the illusion of freedom has to be kept alive and they have to keep the people happy who provide the real wealth so they can siphon it off of us. But the people are still the most powerful, but they just don't realize it. That is why so many poles are taken. They have to find out what we are thinking so they can predict how we will act.

One day perhaps we won't need politicians. Many people fear the government, but the government, if they are smart, will still fear us, the people. Don't let them take your guns or your human rights.

Pretty spot on on everything you say here, the media is really the most powerful propaganda force in the world, and they use it to their advantage BIG TIME. Watch the movie Network, it illustrates this very clearly.

Why do you think they fear the internet so much and try to censor it at every turn? Because they know that is where the truth is coming out. They can't control what is being put out by people like you and me. That scares them, cause if people knew the real truth, and stood up to them their power would cease to exist.

We really have so much power, if we'd just use it. We could literally bring corporate america to its' knees if we stopped feeding into the system, stopped going to McDonald's, stopped going to Walmart, etc etc. Their system would die in a hurry if we starved it, and it's only because we have been dumb enough to keep on feeding it that it is allowed to stay alive and thrive.

And as far as guns and human rights go, I agree with you, and I'll be damned if I'll let them tell me what I can and can't do. Problem is......many people are so apathetic to all of this, either due to brainwashing and dumbing down, denial that this is happening, or any combination of the two therein, that we've let them take away our freedoms little by little over time to where now we really don't have many left anymore. It's sad but true.

I was around during the last Amnesty.

You know what amnesty does?

It creates a need for more Illegals.

The ones who get the amnesty quit the jobs and go look for better ones.

The reason the employer hires illegals is because he doesn't have to pay taxes on them. They don't exist.

The Illegal who possesses stolen ID to work, is a federal felon. You pardon one felon, all should be pardoned. Equal rights, right?

Thats funny. In other words, the only reason they work those jobs is because they have little choice. Its like being a slave. I guess America still needs slaves! I thought we abolished slavery.

I think they should all be made into equal citizens, get paid like everyone else, and pay taxes like everyone else.

They will use chain gangs. People in prison for smoking pot.

Prisoners will be the next slaves after illegals are given citizenship.

You know as I've thought about it more lately, why does there need to be illegals at all? Why does anyone need to have "documents" to live in another country, or even just to travel? Isn't that regulating their ability to come and go, and live freely?

I don't agree with the fact that illegals in this country are treated better then we are mind you, but if they weren't illegal to begin with, we wouldn't have such a problem. In the end we're all human, and should have the same rights to live and move regardless of where we come from. Stuff like this limits that completely.

I think that's a slightly different argument, your home is a private place, the public land not so much IMO.

Down in Arizona and South Texas, Mexican troops have been seen crossing the boarder. There are hooded squads going around killing people involved in drug trafficking and its a drug war down there that involves the Mexican government. Assassinations of politicians who get in the way. You can't tell the 'good guys' from the 'bad guys.' Maybe they are all bad guys. United States citizens are terrified.

I want to know why you don't read about this stuff on the news more often. Why is it being kept so quiet and low profile?

Even in Colorado people (illegals) involved in drug traffic have been found burned alive and left in a field, reason unknown. Even in my small town. Even in Ellicot CO. I think the Bush family was very much involved with some of that. Commando's were trained in Texas by our people to fight the drug lords, and then they turned against us and joined the drug pushers. Our tax money was spent to train them. I was reading about this a couple of years back. Its a war zone.

I don't know all the details about this Arizona law, but they are desperate to do something. Further south... beyond Mexico, there dwells in the jungle some people say... nazi's. They are slipping over the boarder with the illegal Mexicans. They are basically terrorists and drug dealers.

Somebody has to do something. This is a free country, for Americans. But how do we keep the terrorists out?
